At Weapons for Texans LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of our products, particularly firearms and ammunition, specific restrictions apply.
General Return Guidelines
- All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proofof purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to federal and state regulations and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances :
- Firearms (once transferred or picked up from your FFL)
- Ammunition
- Used or modified parts
- Optics that have been mounted
- Special orders or customized items
- Clearance or final sale items
Firearms Purchases
- Firearms cannot be returned once transferred to you by your FFL.
- If you discover an issue before accepting the transfer, do not accept delivery. Have your FFL contact us immediately.
- If you fail the required background check or are unable to legally receive the firearm, a restocking fee of 15-25% may apply, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Third-Party Vendor Products
Some products sold on our Site are fulfilled by third-party vendors. These items may be subject to separate return policies. If a third-party item is defective or incorrect, we will assist in coordinating the return with the vendor, but we cannot guarantee acceptance of all returns.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective out of the box
- Not what you ordered
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description ofthe issue. We will provide a return label and process a replacement or refund, subject to inspection.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns.
Exchanges
We may allow exchanges for certain accessories or apparel if sizing or compatibility is an issue. Contact our customer service team to verify if your product is eligible.

- Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing insurance.
- Pack items securely in original or comparable packaging.
- Include your name, order number, and reason for return

Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are shipped by contacting customer service.
- Firearm orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped to your FFL.
- A cancellation fee may apply to customized or special-order items.
